Sending Scans with Itero

Option 1

• Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner or use lab locator at www.itero.com.
• Connect with OAC Orthodontic Laboratory using our [Company ID: 110721] 
• After connecting to us as a Lab, select OAC Orthodontic Laboratory on your scanner when sending files.

Option 2

• Call 800-577-8767
• Select Option 2.
• Request that OAC Orthodontic Laboratory is added to your scanner using our phone number: 623.253.1226
• After OAC Orthodontic Laboratory has been added, restart your scanner.
• After connecting to us as a lab, select OAC Orthodontic Laboratory on your scanner when sending files.

 

Sending Scans with 3Shape Trios

1. First, connect our lab to your account.
   1. Login to your 3Shape Communicate account at https://www.3shapecommunicate.com.
   2. Click on Connections in the top navigation, then Add Connection.
   3. Type our email address: scans@oacortho.com > Find
   4. Under Results, select our name: OAC Orthodontic Laboratory
   5. Click Connect.
   6. We will need to verify the connection on our end. 
2. Select our lab every time you scan.
   1. Once we verify the connection, 'OAC Orthodontic Laboratory' will be available to select when setting up a new patient to scan.
